Transitions provides screening and assessment for alcohol and other drug abuse. We also provide Rule 25 Chemical Dependency Assessments for help with placement in addiction treatment counseling, as well as group residential housing programs. To schedule an appointment for a comprehensive assessment, please call 651-493-6658.

CAGE Assessment (Alcohol Abuse)
For most people who drink, alcohol is a pleasant addition to eating and to other social activities. For most adults drinking a moderate amount of alcohol (up to two drinks per day for men, and one drink per day for women and older people) is not harmful. But, many people get into serious trouble because of their drinking. This short assessment will help you determine if you might have a problem with alcohol. (The name “CAGE” is an acronym formed by taking the first letter of key words from each of the following questions.)
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may have a problem with alcohol. You can contact a Transitions counselor to schedule a comprehensive assessment by filling out the information below.
